While your payment method may be charged immediately, orders are typically processed the following business day, and ship via UPS Standard (Ground) in the US and Canada. If you order on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on weekend dates and *holidays will be processed the following business day.

ALL ORDERS UNDER $65: we charge a $9.95 flat feePlease note all shipments come from Canada. The Free Shipping option will appear during the Checkout process when the order subtotal is $65 minimum* (before tax). *If using a coupon code that lowers the subtotal below $65, the Free Shipping option will not appear. Please refer to our UPS transit map below for estimated timing of delivery.
- 48 US States - Standard UPS Ground Shipping: 3-10 business days.
- Canada - Standard UPS Ground Shipping: 2-5 business days.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
- Check your email - Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If it has not been received in your inbox, please check spam or junk.
- Visit the website - If you have an account, login to your account to view the most up to date tracking information by click on the View Order Status page.
- Contact us - Please email us at support@vitabathinc.com or contact us by phone at 1-888-673-3377 and we would be happy to assist you in obtaining your tracking number. Please have your order number ready, or please refer to an order number if you email us. This will help us to provide a more efficient response.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, or other international destinations.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Our courier services will make 3 delivery attempts. After the 3rd failed attempt at delivery, the package(s) will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund for the product(s)* only.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you would like to have your order reshipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee of $9.95.Shipping charges are applied to each separate delivery address.
Customers are required to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address when placing their order online.
