If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the item(s) purchase price (*with the customer paying for return freight), as long as the products have not been opened or used and are in its original packaging. 

We do not issue refunds or replacements for items purchased at a retail level.


Returns are accepted up to 45 days from original order date.

• If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for further instructions.
• If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your tracking email, please contact us immediately.
• We are not responsible for products damaged in transit.
• We are not obligated to issue credits, refunds, or replacements, for any product issues dating over 60 days from original date of purchase.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Returns accepted for purchases made at www.myvitabath.com only.

Please contact us by email at: support@vitabathinc.com for a return authorization and return address. Upon approval for return, please prepare your package per the following instructions:

• Box the unopened/unused items using protective packing in the original containers.
• 
Enclose the original Packing Slip included in your order, and circle the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have the Packing Slip, please include a note indicating your name, original order number (Web order confirmation), and quantity of products returned.

*Purchaser is responsible for Return Shipping charges, and any Shipping Charges initially paid on order will not be refunded. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for products lost in shipping during the return back to us.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange any new or unused items purchased at myVitabath.com, within 45 days of original order date. 
Please contact us to inquire about exchanges.


REFUND POLICY
• For returned items: Refunds will be processed 10-14 days after receiving returned items.
• Credit card refunds will take up to 5 business days to appear as payment reversals.
• PayPal refunds will appear as a reversal almost immediately.
• All eligible refunds must be processed within 60 days from original date of purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, nor do we refund for freight of returned product.
